**Meta description:** Everyone takes the test on their own work, the company sees a team overview, and a new test after a few weeks shows progress. Test conversations stay private.

- [Who sees what](https://aibility.org/en/docs/teams/who-sees-what): You always see your whole report. What a company sees depends on the program type and is written in the invitation before the test.
- [For program admins](https://aibility.org/en/docs/teams/admins): How to provide the list of people, add colleagues, send reminders, handle departures and languages, and what to do with team results.

A company sees how its team really works with AI. Each person takes the test on their own work, the company gets a team overview, and people then practice on tasks they do anyway. After a few weeks a new test shows who has moved on. The company never sees the full text of the test conversations.

## Team overview

The overview shows participation and the spread of levels by team: how many people are starting with AI, how many use it regularly and how many already build their own routines. For each team you see the most common level and a task to start with, for example repeated proposals in sales or replies to clients in customer care. Who sees what is on [Who sees what](https://aibility.org/en/docs/teams/who-sees-what).

## Four steps of the program

1. **Team map.** People take the detailed AI skills test, and the company sees participation and the spread of levels by team.
2. **Practice.** Everyone gets AI Workouts on their own work and help right in the AI tool people already use at the company.
3. **Team overview.** The company sees which teams need help first and which tasks to start with.
4. **New test.** After a few weeks people take the test again, and the company compares the result with the starting map.

## How to start

The smallest start is the Team plan: you send a list of people, we set up the team and everyone gets an invitation. It starts at 2 people, is paid monthly with no annual commitment and comes on one invoice per company. Prices are in the [price list](https://aibility.org/cenik) (in Czech).

For a bigger start there is a pilot for one team of up to 30 people. It begins with a 30-minute call where you choose the people. We need a list of people with emails and one contact person, and no IT integration. Each person spends about 5 minutes on the test in the AI tool (30–45 minutes in the app), then does 15-minute AI Workouts: roughly 1 to 2 hours per person in all. At the end the company has a starting map, a team overview and a new test side by side. Details are on the [Pilot](https://aibility.org/pilot) page (in Czech).

## Evidence for Article 4 of the AI Act

Companies that use AI must take measures to support the AI literacy of their people (Article 4 of EU Regulation 2024/1689). You get a record of who took part and which level they started at and reached. The AI Act does not ask for a certificate or an exam.

## Tools and languages

People do not need the same AI tool. They take the test in the app or with a ready-made prompt in any tool, so even Microsoft Copilot is enough. An admin switches on the plugin or MCP, and with it coaching right in the tool. The app works in Czech, Slovak, English, Spanish, Greek, Dutch, French and Hungarian.

Results are meant for developing people. They should not be used for performance reviews or disciplinary action.
