# Who sees what

You always see your whole report and the history of your tests. What the company sees depends on the type of program, and you learn it from the invitation before the test starts. The invitation also says whether you are on the Team plan or in a company program. Nobody at the company sees the full text of your conversations with AI, your private coaching in your own tool or your results outside the program.

## What the company sees

For a pilot this is agreed on the opening call: either summaries by team from five people up, or also the level and score of each person. People know it before the test.

## What nobody at the company ever sees

Nobody at the company sees the full text of your conversations with AI or your private coaching in your AI tool. They also do not see your personal context and private work, or results from the time outside the program, for example from your own subscription.

## Excerpts in the report

The report contains short excerpts from your answers. Anyone allowed to open the report sees them too. So do not put into the test anything that nobody else should see: passwords, contract numbers, personal data of colleagues or clients, and confidential documents. It is enough to describe how you work.

## What results are not for

Results are for development. They should not be used for performance reviews, promotions or pay, and they should not be used for disciplinary action.

## Where you learn the rules

In the invitation email, before the test starts. You can export or delete your data yourself in the app, in your profile under Data & privacy. For questions about the program, turn to the person who invited you. For anything else we help at [podpora@aibility.cz](mailto:podpora@aibility.cz).
