Our new AI Bootcamp concept showed the power of community and sharing

AI transformation requires not only the technology itself, but also the active involvement of motivated and inspired people working on AI adoption. That’s why we organized our first AI Bootcamp for AI Ambassadors. This event gave participants a space to share experiences and create strategies for using AI in their companies.

A hands-on program full of interaction

The AI ​​Bootcamp had four main parts:

• Me and AI: Sharing experiences with everyday use of AI tools.
• My AI Project: Introducing personal AI projects and goals.
• Our AI strategy: Plans to introduce AI into companies by 2025.
• My AI Future: Personal Vision of a Career in the Context of AI.

Each section encouraged maximum participant engagement. Rotating tables allowed everyone to meet and share ideas with as many colleagues as possible.

The atmosphere at the bootcamp was great, which was also reflected in the positive feedback from the participants. Miroslav Martínek from Doosan Škoda Power admits: “I had my doubts, but I was pleasantly surprised!” He especially appreciated meeting people from different fields and finding a balance in times of pressure to demonstrate the value of new technologies.Ondřej Klener from Witte was enthusiastic: “The bootcamp came at the right time. It gave me new energy and inspiration to launch our company’s AI program.”
