# Introduction

## What Superpowered Professional does

https://aibility.org/en/docs

A test shows how you work with AI on real tasks. Coaching and AI Workouts help you in your own AI tool, and a new test shows your progress.

Superpowered Professional finds out how you work with AI on real tasks, then helps you improve inside the tool you already work in, such as ChatGPT or Claude. It does not quiz what you know about AI. It looks at what you do with it: how you hand AI a monthly report for management, how you prepare a proposal for a new client, what you save for next time after a task goes well.

### Three questions every result answers

Every test result tells you where you are today (your level and SP Score™, the Superpowered Professional score from 0 to 100), what comes naturally to you with AI (your profile) and what to try next (your growth area and one next step on your own work, for example “save the source material and instructions for your monthly report”). None of these is a grade. Your level is a snapshot of how you work right now.

### How the pieces fit together

You start with the short AI skills test. It is free, has 7–8 questions, takes about 2 minutes and gives you a first estimate of your level. Then you improve on your own work: the detailed AI skills test, 15-minute AI Workouts and coaching in your AI tool are all in one subscription. After a few weeks you take a new test under the same rules and see how your score has moved. The certificate confirms your level.

# AI skills test

## AI skills test

https://aibility.org/en/docs/test

The short test is free and gives a first estimate in 2 minutes. The detailed test goes through your work and issues a report and certificate.

The AI skills test shows how you use AI in real work. You start with a short test: it is free, takes about 2 minutes and gives you a first estimate of your level. If you want a report backed by examples from your own work, plus a certificate, you take the detailed test, which is part of the subscription.

### Two kinds of test

The short AI skills test has 7–8 questions and you see the result right away. It gives you a first estimate of your level and one tip on what to try. It can never put you at AI Transformer, and it does not come with a certificate, because only the detailed test backs a level with evidence.

The detailed AI skills test works with concrete examples from your work. It checks the quality of your outputs and the effect on your work, so your level is backed by evidence, and you get a [personal report](/en/docs/result/report) and a [certificate](/en/docs/result/certificate). It is part of the Superpowered Professional subscription, which you can cancel any time in your account. The current price is on the [price list](/cenik) (in Czech). If your company invited you to the test, you pay nothing.

### Three ways to take the detailed test

All three end with the same report and certificate. The fastest is to start the test with one sentence in your own AI tool, which takes about 5 minutes. Without installing anything, you can copy a ready-made prompt into any AI tool and paste the finished report back into the app. The third way is a chat with our AI guide in the app. It takes 30–45 minutes and suits you if you do not use AI much yet. The steps are on [How the test works](/en/docs/test/how-it-works).

### Scope of the test

The test looks at how you brief a task, what material you give AI, how you check the result and what you reuse. It does not measure how much you know about AI, how well you write prompts, whether you follow the latest trends or whether you can code. It does not judge your personality or your overall job performance.

There is no wrong answer. If you barely use AI, you start as an AI Explorer, and that is a normal starting point.

### Where to start

For a first estimate, the short test is enough. If you need to back up your level, for a CV for example, take the detailed test and you get a certificate with it. Invited by your company? You get an email with an invitation and a link to the detailed test, which you don't pay for. The invitation also says what the company will see from the results. Meanwhile you can take the short test on your own.

Next: [How the test works](/en/docs/test/how-it-works).

## How the test works

https://aibility.org/en/docs/test/how-it-works

You take the short test in the app in 2 minutes. The detailed test runs in your AI tool, through a ready-made prompt, or as a chat in the app.

You take the short test in the app in 2 minutes. You start the detailed test in one of three ways: with one sentence in your own AI tool (about 5 minutes), through a ready-made prompt in any AI tool, or as a chat with the AI guide in the app (30–45 minutes). All three end with the same report and certificate.

### Short test in the app

You open the app, answer 7–8 questions and see the result right away. You need no paid AI tool and no subscription. The questions are on the page [What the test asks](/en/docs/test/questions).

### Detailed test in your AI tool

This is the fastest route. Your AI tool already knows what it has helped you with over the last weeks and only asks about what it cannot tell from your chats, for example how you check the numbers in a monthly report.

1. **Connect your AI tool.** Use the plugin in ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code and Codex, or an MCP connection in Cursor and other tools. You sign in only once. The steps are on [Connecting your AI tool](/en/docs/ai-tool).
2. **Type “Run the Superpowered Professional test.”** A new chat is enough.
3. **Let your AI go through your work.** Your tool reads your chats from the last 7, 14 or 28 days on its own and asks only about what it cannot tell from them. It takes about 5 minutes.
4. **Check the report and say “Yes”.** The tool shows you the whole report and saves it only after your explicit consent. Silence or “fine, go on” does not count as consent. You can have the report corrected, or not save it at all.

Your AI tool writes the report according to the methodology's rules, not an Aibility model. Only the result you approve is sent to us. The details are in [Security and data](/en/docs/ai-tool/security).

### With a ready-made prompt

No installation. In the app you pick your AI tool, copy a ready-made prompt into a new chat and answer in your own words. At the end the tool writes a report, which you paste back into the app. This suits a company tool where you are not allowed to add anything. In Microsoft Copilot and in Gemini you take the test this way, or as a chat in the app.

### Chat with the AI guide in the app

In the app you chat with our AI guide. It takes 30–45 minutes and you can pause at any time. When you sign back in, you continue where you stopped. The guide asks about the last concrete situations where you used AI, tasks you repeat all the time, and procedures or templates you built with AI. It suits you if you do not use AI much yet or do not want to connect anything.

### Sensitive data

Do not put passwords, contract numbers, personal data of colleagues or clients, or confidential documents into the test. It is enough to describe how you work, for example “every month I build a report from three spreadsheets”.

The chats your AI tool reads during the test stay with you. It takes only generalized insights from them into the report. You see the whole report before it is saved, so you can have anything removed from it.

### New test

You can take a new test any time, even every week, through the plugin or a ready-made prompt. It runs under the same rules, so you can compare scores. Earlier reports stay; nothing is overwritten.

Next: [What the test asks](/en/docs/test/questions).

## What the test asks

https://aibility.org/en/docs/test/questions

The seven questions of the short test, the five areas of the detailed test and the examples from your work it asks about.

The short test has seven questions. If you are an employee taking the test on your own, an eighth one is added, about your department. The detailed test asks for concrete examples from your work and looks at five areas: frequency, depth, tools, outputs and impact.

### Seven questions of the short test

| Question | What it asks |
|---|---|
| Frequency | How often you use AI at work, including the option that you try AI first |
| Tools | Which AI tools you really use today, at least now and then |
| Use at work | How you use AI: for concrete tasks, on your own material, or for decisions |
| Things you built | What you prepared or built with AI: a prompt or procedure you reuse, an assistant with context, a link to another tool, or your own service |
| Goals | What you most want to move forward with AI |
| Obstacles | What stops you from going further with AI today |
| Work situation | Whether you are an employee, run a company, work for clients as a freelancer, consultant or coach, build your own products, study, or are in another situation |

Goals and obstacles let you select several answers. If none applies to you yet, choose “Not yet” or “Nothing yet”.

The eighth question asks for a general department category and is added only for employees. Students and others who are not employees finish with the seventh question. In a company program the work situation is not asked and the department is the seventh question. You choose it yourself; the company does not enter or prefill it for you.

The questions are not a quiz. A more advanced tool or a longer list of tools does not raise your result by itself. The short test deliberately does not ask separately about the quality of your outputs, how you refine them or how you check them, because without concrete examples that would be only self-rating. The detailed test finds that out.

### Five areas of the detailed test

| Area | What it looks at |
|---|---|
| Frequency | Is AI an occasional experiment or a normal part of your work |
| Depth | Do you refine and improve the output, or take the first answer |
| Tools | Do the tool and mode fit the type of work |
| Outputs | Do documents, templates and procedures come out of it |
| Impact | Does one task change, or the whole process |

### Examples from your work

In the chat with the AI guide, the detailed test asks about the last concrete situation where you used AI, tasks you repeat all the time, tools you really use, procedures or templates you built with AI, and places where your work with AI gets stuck. Your AI tool learns most of this from your chats and asks only about the rest. There is no right answer. One concrete situation says more than ten general scales, and “I prepare proposals for clients” works as well as a named example.

When what you say about yourself differs from what you describe in examples, the concrete work carries more weight.

# Result

## How to read your result

https://aibility.org/en/docs/result

Level, profile, growth area, next step and SP Score in one result. What each part tells you and the order to read it in.

Read your result in this order: level first, then profile, growth area and next step. The SP Score™ (Superpowered Professional score) adds a number from 0 to 100 to your level. The result helps you pick one thing in your own work to try this week.

### Parts of the result

| Part | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Level | Where you are today, from trying AI to changing how your whole job runs |
| SP Score | Where you are inside your level, on a scale from 0 to 100 |
| Profile | Where you most often create value with AI: Vision, Intelligence, Creation or Leverage |
| What you do well | What already works, with examples from your own work |
| Growth area | The direction where improving pays off most |
| Next step | One concrete thing to do in your own work |

### How to read it

Start with the level. It is the main result and shows how much AI is part of your work. A level is not a grade: an AI Operator is not a worse professional than an AI Builder, their next step is just different.

Then read the profile. It shows where you most often create value with AI today, not what type of person you are. One profile usually dominates, and you use the others too.

The growth area is not a weakness. It is where improving gives you the most right now, and the next step is its first concrete piece.

Leave the SP Score for last. It shows where you stand inside the level, and it tells you most at a new test: you see the improvement in points even if your level did not change.

### Two examples

An AI Operator with the Creation profile and the Leverage growth area. Every month you write a client report with AI and explain the client and the tone again each time. Your next step: save the source material and instructions, so next time you start from a ready routine.

An AI Builder with the Leverage profile and the Vision growth area. You already reuse templates for reports, proposals and meeting notes, so your next step is not another template. Find a recurring part of your work that AI could rebuild completely.

### What the result is not

It is not a personality type, a performance review or a verdict for life, and not a race to the top level: nobody has to be an AI Transformer. If you barely use AI, you start as an AI Explorer, and that is a normal starting point.

### If you disagree with your result

Look at what the report is based on. It shows examples from your answers, and when important things did not come up, the result may be more cautious. The best response is a new test with concrete examples. Your level and score change only with a new test, not with coaching.

If it still does not fit, write to [podpora@aibility.cz](mailto:podpora@aibility.cz) and we will go through it together. AI determines the result by the methodology's rules, and under GDPR you can ask for a person to review it.

Next: [Four levels and the SP Score](/en/docs/result/levels).

## Four levels and the SP Score

https://aibility.org/en/docs/result/levels

AI Explorer, AI Operator, AI Builder and AI Transformer in plain words, the typical SP Score of each level and what levels are not.

Your level says what you really do with AI in your work: whether you try it, use it regularly, build routines with it, or change how your whole job runs. The SP Score™ (the Superpowered Professional score from 0 to 100) then shows where you stand inside the level. A level is not a grade, and an AI Operator is not a worse professional than an AI Builder.

### Four levels

### AI Explorer (L0)

You are trying AI, but there is no stable work habit yet. You use it now and then, with single questions and no follow-up refining, and you have no saved routine. The typical SP Score is 0–24. What moves you on is regular use on concrete work tasks.

### AI Operator (L1)

You use AI regularly, give it context and refine the output. You have two or three concrete work tasks where you use it, and you improve the result over several rounds. But you start from zero every time. The typical SP Score is 25–45. What moves you on is a routine, template or assistant that you reuse.

### AI Builder (L2)

You turn repeated work into workflows, templates, assistants or tools. What you create with AI, you use again next time. Code and custom apps are not required. The typical SP Score is 45–78. What moves you on is changing how a whole recurring part of your work runs.

### AI Transformer (L3)

You change the whole way you work, a whole area of your job or an operating model. You can describe a clear before and after for that whole area, and a system is your default way of working. The typical SP Score is 72–96. What counts is how much of your work you change, not how many people report to you.

### SP Score inside a level

The number from 0 to 100 shows where you are inside your level: at the start, in the middle or close to the next level. The same level can have different scores. One AI Builder is just setting up a first assistant, while for another the routines have been running for weeks.

The bands overlap on purpose, so a strong AI Operator can have a higher number than a weak AI Builder. That is why your level is set from examples in your work. The SP Score says the most at a new test, when you see your improvement in points even if the level stayed the same.

### What levels are not

An AI Explorer has not failed, it is a starting point. An AI Operator is not just a beginner, and a strong one does very good work with AI. An AI Builder does not need to code. An AI Transformer is not a title for managers: a specialist without a team can be an AI Transformer if AI changed how their key work gets done, and a manager is not one automatically. The SP Score is not a grade for a person.

How profile and growth area add to your level is explained on [Profiles and growth area](/en/docs/result/profiles).

## Profiles and growth area

https://aibility.org/en/docs/result/profiles

Your profile shows where you create value with AI: Vision, Intelligence, Creation or Leverage. Your growth area is where improving pays off most.

Your profile says where you most often create value with AI today. Your growth area shows where it pays off to grow next. Together they work as a compass: what you are strong at and where it makes sense to go. A profile is not a personality type and not a level.

### Four profiles

### Vision

You look for new opportunities and directions, and AI helps you see faster what could be done differently. You come up with ideas for where AI could change a job, a product or a service, and from many options you pick the few worth trying. The output is usually a direction, an opportunity or a priority.

### Intelligence

You use AI as a partner for thinking, research and decisions. You compare options, ask AI to explain a complex topic, or look for blind spots before you decide. The output is usually an understanding, an argument or a decision.

### Creation

AI shortens your way from an idea to a first usable version: texts, presentations, proposals, prototypes. Strong Creation combines the speed of AI with your taste, your context and your checking.

### Leverage

Repeated work turns into a system. You save and improve routines, build assistants and templates, and think in processes, not only in single tasks.

Do not mix up the two: Leverage is a way of working, AI Builder is a level. An AI Operator who is just saving first prompts and routines can have a strong Leverage profile.

### Growth area

A growth area is not your weakest spot. It is the direction that will raise your impact fastest. It most often comes out like this:

| If your profile is | Common growth area | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Vision | Leverage | Good opportunities need to turn into repeated impact |
| Intelligence | Creation | Good thinking needs a visible output |
| Creation | Leverage | Creation works best when it rests on a routine that works again |
| Leverage | Vision | Systems should open new possibilities, not only speed up old work |

In your own result, the growth area can differ from this table, depending on what the examples from your work show.

### Example: Leverage profile, Vision growth area

You have templates for the monthly management report, proposals and meeting notes, and you reuse them every time. So your next step is not another template. Ask which recurring process has enough impact to be worth rebuilding, and where AI opens a new way of deciding or a new rhythm of work.

Next: [How we score](/en/docs/result/scoring), meaning how the SP Score is built from examples in your work.

## How we score

https://aibility.org/en/docs/result/scoring

How your level and SP Score come from examples of your work, and why the same evidence never counts twice.

The main result is your level, and the SP Score™ shows only your position inside it. What counts is what you really did with AI, not what you say about yourself: when the two differ, the work you show wins. The same example from your work counts only once: if it got you to a higher level, it does not also raise your score. You find the levels and typical score bands on [Four levels and the SP Score](/en/docs/result/levels).

## Level certificate

https://aibility.org/en/docs/result/certificate

A certificate with a QR code and an ID confirms your level on the test date. You get it after the detailed test, and anyone can verify it.

The certificate confirms your level of working with AI on the date of the test. It has a QR code and a certificate ID, so anyone you show it to can verify that it is genuine. You get it after the detailed AI skills test. The short test does not come with a certificate.

### What the certificate contains

The certificate shows your name, your level (AI Explorer, AI Operator, AI Builder or AI Transformer), the date of issue, the certificate ID and a QR code. The QR code leads to a public certificate page where anyone can check that it is genuine.

> The certificate describes how you work with AI on the date of the test. It is not a lifelong title or a review of your job performance.

### When you get it

Only after the detailed test. You get it right after it, together with your report. The short test gives you a first estimate, but its level is not backed by examples from your work. The detailed test and the certificate are part of the subscription. If you want only the certificate, one month of the Individual plan is enough: you take the test, download the certificate and cancel the subscription in your account. Your report stays available to you.

### How to download and share it

You download the certificate from the app and can share it, for example on LinkedIn. If you take the test on your own, nobody else sees your result until you share it. In a company program, the rules from your invitation apply.

### How long it is valid

The certificate confirms your level on the date of the test. You can take a new test any time, even every week, through the plugin or a ready-made prompt. If you move up a level, a new certificate confirms it.

### What it is good for

On your CV, in place of a line like “advanced knowledge of AI”: you show a level backed by your own work. With your boss or a client, when you want to lead an AI project in your team or offer work with AI. And for yourself: in a few months you take a new test under the same rules and see whether you have improved.

Test results and the certificate are not meant for performance reviews, promotions or pay. They are a signal for development.

Next: [Personal report](/en/docs/result/report), meaning what is in the document the certificate is based on.

## Personal report

https://aibility.org/en/docs/result/report

A document in the app showing your level, what you do well, your growth area and one next step in your own work. It belongs to you.

The personal report is a document in the app that belongs to you after the test. It shows your level, what you do well with AI, where improving pays off most and one concrete next step in work you do every week. It is a snapshot of how you work with AI right now.

### What is in the report

The report keeps the same order, so you can find your way around it without knowing the methodology.

| Part | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Level and SP Score™ | How much AI is part of your work and where you are inside the level |
| Profile | Where you most often create value with AI |
| What you do well | What already works, backed by examples from your work |
| Growth area | Where improving will give you the most right now |
| Next step | One concrete thing to do in a task that keeps coming back |

The report explains why you got this level. It does not only say “you are an AI Builder”. It shows what in your examples points to an AI Builder and what would have to be added for an AI Transformer. It also contains short excerpts from your answers.

### What the report is based on

The report shows what it is based on, so you can go through it example by example. The more concretely you describe your real work in the test, the more precise the recommendations you get. When important things did not come up in the test, the result may be more cautious.

### Where to find it

In the app. The Download report button saves it and the Share report button copies a link. If you take the test on your own, nobody else sees it until you share it. You always see the full history of your tests and results in the app, and older reports are never overwritten.

In a company program, the visibility rules from your invitation apply. You find them on [Who sees what](/en/docs/teams/who-sees-what).

### Working with the report

Pick a single next step and try it in the coming work week. It is easiest with [coaching](/en/docs/coaching) in your AI tool: you describe the task you are working on now, and the plugin already knows your result. After a few weeks you take a new test under the same rules and compare scores.

# Coaching

## How coaching works

https://aibility.org/en/docs/coaching

Coaching runs inside your own AI tool. Describe a task you are working on and get advice in five steps, a ready-made prompt and AI Workouts to choose from.

Coaching runs inside your own AI tool. You write what you are working on right now. The Superpowered Professional plugin knows the result of your test and shows you how to hand AI a bigger piece of your work. It is included in the subscription at no extra cost, and there is no human coach in it.

### The coaching answer

Say something like: “Tomorrow I send the client a monthly report. Can you help me not start from zero?”

The answer always has five parts. **What I noticed** is what coaching sees in your task. **Principle** is one, at most two, of the ten [AI-first principles](/en/docs/coaching/principles) that will help your work most right now. **First experiment** is one small step you try straight away. **Prompt for AI** is a ready-made prompt with [brackets] for your details. **How you will know it worked** is the signal that tells you the experiment went well.

After that, coaching offers you 2–3 [AI Workouts](/en/docs/coaching/ai-workouts). You pick one and the plugin walks you through it.

### Where coaching gets its direction

The topic comes from the work you are doing right now. The level from your test sets the size of the step: the step is at your level or one level up. The profile sets the language, and the history makes sure coaching does not give you the same advice twice. Coaching picks AI Workouts by the same rule as the app, described on the page [AI Workouts](/en/docs/coaching/ai-workouts).

In tools that support scheduled tasks, coaching can reach out on its own and go through with you at the end of the week what worked.

### Data in your tool

Your work and the coaching answers stay in your tool. Only a record goes back to Aibility: which method coaching offered you, in which area, in which mode and when, so the same advice is not repeated. More is in the chapter [Security and data](/en/docs/ai-tool/security).

### How it differs from a course

A course has fixed content in videos and ends with a quiz. Here you learn on the task you are doing right now, you get help in the tool where you work, and you check your improvement with a new test under the same rules.

### Requirements

A Superpowered Professional subscription and an AI tool that supports plugins or connections through MCP. You pay for your AI tool separately, and coaching uses its limits. The test and AI Workouts also work in the app, without the plugin and without a paid AI tool.

Next: [Connecting your AI tool](/en/docs/ai-tool), if you have nothing connected yet.

## AI Workouts

https://aibility.org/en/docs/coaching/ai-workouts

An AI Workout is a 15-minute exercise on your own task, with a ready-made prompt you start in your AI tool. The AI library has more than 40.

An AI Workout is a 15-minute exercise on your own task. It shows you one way of working with AI, for example how to have AI challenge your plan, and gives you a ready-made prompt that you start in your AI tool and that walks you through it. The AI library has more than 40 of them.

### What an AI Workout looks like

Every Workout has the same structure: What it is for, What to prepare, How to do it, a prompt for AI, Example, If you get stuck, What will be done and What next. Times differ by topic. The sample Workout has four steps (3, 2, 7 and 3 minutes): you find out when the routine pays off, pick a question from work you are doing this week, start the prompt in your AI tool, and at the end check the result and save the routine.

At the end you have a finished piece of work, for example research on a new client, and a saved routine for next time.

### Seven topics in the AI library

| Topic | Example |
|---|---|
| Speed up repeated work | Set up a scheduled task |
| Introduce AI in a team | Write AI rules for your team |
| Work better with AI | Check AI output |
| Choose the right tool | Switch models by task |
| Write and create | Save your tone of voice |
| Give AI context | Create a worklog |
| Decide on data | Ask your data |

Besides AI Workouts, the library also has agents: ready-made helpers for research, meeting preparation or reports. You add your own examples and rules to them.

### Picked for your level

The app offers you AI Workouts for your level. Behind the choice is a curriculum: 44 things worth being able to do with AI, split into four levels from Explorer (L0) to Transformer (L3). Each of them has one AI Workout, so every AI Workout has its level.

### Where the app gets your level

From your latest in-depth test. Until you have a test, you start at Explorer (L0). What each level means is on the page [Four levels and SP Score](/en/docs/result/levels).

### How it picks

- It offers AI Workouts from your level that you have not tried yet, plus at most one from one level up.
- What you have already tried does not come back.
- Once you have tried every AI Workout at your level, the AI Workouts on offer, coaching and agents all move one level up.

### Where you see it in the app

- Every card has a level tag.
- Above the recommended AI Workouts there is the line “Picked for your level…”.
- The AI library in the app has three groups: For your level, One step up and Other levels.

### The library stays complete

Your level changes only the order and hides nothing. You can open an AI Workout from another level at any time. Agents below your level are on the home page right after the agents for your level.

### Where to open an AI Workout

The overview of all AI Workouts is public in the [AI library](/knihovna) (in Czech): you see titles, results and time. You open the full exercise, with a prompt tailored to your work, in the app after you sign in. When coaching offers you 2–3 AI Workouts, you pick one and the plugin walks you through it right in your AI tool. You do not need a paid AI tool for an AI Workout in the app.

### A saved routine

Every AI Workout ends with you doing one thing differently than before. From the work that went well, you save a routine or your own helper, and next time you start where you left off. We call it OHIO, Only Handle It Once. It is one of the ten AI-first principles that AI Workouts are built on.

Next: [Ten AI-first principles](/en/docs/coaching/principles).

## Ten AI-first principles

https://aibility.org/en/docs/coaching/principles

The principles behind coaching and AI Workouts. From each situation of yours, coaching picks at most two that will help you most right now.

Coaching is built on ten AI-first principles. From the task you describe, it picks at most two that will help your work most right now and turns them into one experiment.

## AI context

https://aibility.org/en/docs/coaching/ai-context

How to use your result in ChatGPT or Claude: a short description of you and your work that helps AI advise more precisely. Without the plugin, copy it from the app.

AI context is a short description of who you are, what you work on and how AI should help you. With it, AI advises more precisely and does not start from generic tips. With the plugin or an MCP connection you do not have to take care of it. Without them, you copy it from the app and paste it into your AI tool.

### With the plugin

The plugin knows the result of your test and what you are working on right now. You copy no context, you just describe the task. How to connect the plugin is in the chapter [Connecting your AI tool](/en/docs/ai-tool).

### Without the plugin

In the app, your profile has a section called My AI context. There you write in your own words what has changed for you, for example a new role, tool or project. From your tests, report, conversations and your changes, the app builds a ready text for AI, which you copy into custom instructions in ChatGPT (in the personalization settings) or into a project's instructions in Claude. Your own words fit into 2,000 characters, and the app never overwrites them. Anything the app has learned about you from your report, you can delete.

Your level, profile and score cannot be changed in the context, because they come from the test.

The prompts in the app have a Copy with my context button. It adds a block to the prompt with your level, profile, next step and a summary of what we know about your work from the test, so AI advises you based on where you are, not in general.

### Template

If you build your context by hand, start short. Your level, profile, growth area and two sentences about your work are enough. You do not need to paste the whole report.

**Prompt: Personal AI context**

```
I work with AI according to the Superpowered Professional methodology by Aibility.
My level: [AI Explorer / AI Operator / AI Builder / AI Transformer].
My profile: [Vision / Intelligence / Creation / Leverage].
My growth area: [Vision / Intelligence / Creation / Leverage].
My work:
[One or two sentences about the work I usually do, for example a monthly report for management and proposals for clients.]
When you help me:
- fit your suggestions to my level,
- suggest one main next step, not a long list,
- work with my real work and be specific,
- when a task repeats, help me turn it into a template, an assistant or a routine,
- tell me when a different tool would be better.
```

### What does not belong in the context

Do not put in client data that is sensitive, internal documents, salaries, personal data of colleagues or passwords. Sentences that turn your result into an identity do not belong there either:

| Less good | Better |
|---|---|
| “I am Leverage.” | “My profile is Leverage, so I build routines that work again and again.” |
| “I am a Builder, I can handle advanced things.” | “I am a Builder, suggest routines that systematize the work, but do not skip checking.” |
| “My weakness is Vision.” | “My growth area is Vision, help me look for new opportunities, not only improve my current work.” |

Check the context after a month. Has your role, your tools or your way of working changed? Then update it, so AI does not work with an old picture of you.

Next: [Coaching in a company program](/en/docs/coaching/company-program), if you take part through your company.

## Coaching in a company program

https://aibility.org/en/docs/coaching/company-program

Company programs can add a short check-in in the app, a weekly recommendation by email and a calendar. The base stays coaching in your AI tool.

In a company program the base is the same as for individuals: coaching in your AI tool and AI Workouts on your own work. The program can add a short check-in in the app and a weekly recommendation by email. What exactly is switched on in your company, the person who invited you to the program will tell you.

### Check-in

A check-in is a short conversation with our AI guide in the app, about 5 minutes. There is no human coach in it. You go through what you tried with AI, where it got stuck and what makes sense next. No theory and no slides. Check-ins go to people who have a finished test, because otherwise the guide has nothing to start from.

You do the check-in in the app, and you need no AI tool for it. By default the program has four weekly dates, and the company sets the length and rhythm. Between the dates you keep working on your tasks, and coaching in your AI tool runs alongside.

### Recommendation by email

After a check-in you get an email with a recommendation as soon as it is ready: one main action for your work and 2–3 AI Workouts to choose from. You do not get a list of ten tasks, only what makes sense to try this week, for example saving a routine for the monthly report.

### Calendar and reminders

The program comes with a calendar link (Outlook, Google or Apple) in which the dates update themselves. Reminders go only to people who have not finished yet.

### Language

Check-ins, emails and recommendations come in the language you set in the app. The app supports eight languages, and you switch the language with the globe icon.

### AI coach in the app

When the company switches on the AI coach, you can talk to the AI guide about your report even outside check-in dates. If you do not see it in the menu, your company has not switched it on.

### Privacy of conversations

Nobody in your company sees the full text of your conversations with the AI guide or your private coaching in your own AI tool. What the company sees from test results is explained on [Who sees what](/en/docs/teams/who-sees-what).

# In your AI tool

## Connecting your AI tool

https://aibility.org/en/docs/ai-tool

A plugin for ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code and Codex, an MCP connection for Cursor and others. Without installing, take the test in the app or with a prompt.

You connect Superpowered Professional to your AI tool in a few minutes, and only once. In ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code and Codex you add a plugin. In Cursor, Antigravity and other tools you add a connection through MCP, an open standard for connecting services to AI tools. In Microsoft Copilot and Gemini you take the test in the app or with a ready-made prompt.

### Tools and features

You get the AI skills test and AI Workouts in every variant. Coaching during your work needs the plugin or MCP, because it speaks up in your tool. You pay for your AI tool separately.

### Steps

1. **Pick your tool in the app.** Choose the AI tool you use most.
2. **Click the add button.** The app walks you through the rest, as the table below shows.
3. **Sign in.** With the same email you use to sign in to Superpowered Professional. You need no password and no API key.
4. **Type “Run the Superpowered Professional test.”** Once AI starts your test, you are done. If you already have a result, write “Help me understand my latest report and pick one next step with me.”

| Tool | What you do |
|---|---|
| Claude, Claude Code | Click Add to Claude, then Connect in the Claude directory, and sign in |
| ChatGPT | Click Open ChatGPT with the prompt, send the ready text, and ChatGPT walks you through the setup |
| Codex | Run the command from the section below and sign in in the browser |
| Cursor | Click Add to Cursor, confirm Install and sign in |
| Antigravity and others with MCP | Add the address from the admin section as a remote MCP connection |
| Microsoft Copilot, Gemini | You add nothing, you take the test in the app or with a ready-made prompt |

You add the plugin to Claude and Claude Code from the official Claude directory:

[Open in Claude](https://claude.ai/directory/superpowered-professional)

### Codex

In Codex, run this in the terminal, then open `/plugins`, install Superpowered Professional, restart Codex and sign in:

```text
codex plugin marketplace add aibilitycz/Superpowered-professional-by-aibility
```

### If something does not work

Does your company account block the plugin? Ask your admin, the app has a ready-made message for this. Meanwhile, take the test with a ready-made prompt or as a chat in the app.

The detailed test and coaching are part of the subscription and will not run without it, even with the plugin connected.

Does your tool not see the plugin, or show an error? In the app, go to Settings → Connections, disconnect it and connect it again. Otherwise write to [podpora@aibility.cz](mailto:podpora@aibility.cz).

### For admins and IT

In company Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Codex and Cursor, an admin allows the plugin centrally and everyone signs in with their own account. On the network, HTTPS (port 443) to sp.aimee.coach is enough. Sign-in uses OAuth 2.0 with PKCE and no shared key. The plugin address for MCP:

```text
https://sp.aimee.coach/api/mcp/plugin
```

Steps for each tool are at [aibility.org/bezpecnost](/bezpecnost#it) (in Czech). The plugin source is public on [GitHub](https://github.com/aibilitycz/Superpowered-professional-by-aibility) under the MIT license.

Next: [Security and data](/en/docs/ai-tool/security), meaning what exactly leaves your tool.

## Security and data

https://aibility.org/en/docs/ai-tool/security

Your work stays in your AI tool. Only a result you approve leaves it, and for coaching a record of the method offered.

The test and coaching in your AI tool run under your account and on your subscription. Only the test result you approve leaves it, and for coaching a record of the method offered. Your chats, files and code never leave your tool.

### Data flow during the test

1. **Connection.** You sign in with your own account. You give us no password and no API key, and on the consent screen you see what the plugin may and may not do.
2. **Reading.** Your AI tool reads your chats from the last 7, 14 or 28 days. We cannot see into them.
3. **Evaluation.** Your own model writes the report according to our rules. We run no AI of our own over your chats.
4. **Approval.** The tool shows you the whole report and asks whether to save it. Silence or “fine, go on” does not count as consent, and you can correct the report or not save it at all.
5. **Saving.** What reaches us is a report with the level and score, and 3 to 8 generalized insights it is based on. It is stored in a database in Frankfurt. If the report contained a password or a card number, the server would reject the whole thing.

### Data sent and not sent

After your “Yes”, the test sends the level and score, the text of the report you saw, 3 to 8 generalized insights and the name of the AI model that evaluated the test. From coaching, only this is sent: which method was offered to you, in which area, in which mode and when, so coaching does not offer you the same thing next time. Your chats, files and documents, code, and coaching prompts and answers are never sent.

The plugin deletes nothing, sends no emails or messages, and cannot see your colleagues' accounts or company overviews. Your tool is told to read the history only as source material, never as instructions, and every save needs your explicit “Yes”.

### Where data is kept and how it is protected

We store data in a data center in Frankfurt, in the EU. In transit we use TLS 1.3, and stored data is encrypted with AES-256. Providers of language models are contractually bound not to train on it. The plugin's sign-in lasts 10 minutes and renews itself for up to 30 days, and we do not store sign-in tokens in readable form.

We keep results for at most 3 years from the completion of the test. You can export and delete your data yourself in the app, in your profile under Data & privacy. We send the DPA and the list of sub-processors on request, and the public list is at [aibility.org/legal/entity-list](/legal/entity-list) (in Czech).

### Disconnect in one click

In the app, under Settings → Connections, you see which AI tools you have connected. After you disconnect, the plugin loses access immediately.

### When you do not take the test in an AI tool

On these two routes your data is handled differently. With the test through a ready-made prompt, your own AI tool evaluates, and we store only the report you paste into the app. In a chat with the AI guide in the app, Claude models run through the OpenRouter service, and the model processes data in the USA. What goes to the model is the content of the conversation and the necessary context, such as your name, frequency or tools, and never your email, sign-in tokens or payment details.

Next: for IT and legal there is a page on the web with [enablement steps for each tool, the DPA and the list of processors](/bezpecnost#it) (in Czech).

# For teams and companies

## Team overview and what companies get

https://aibility.org/en/docs/teams

Everyone takes the test on their own work, the company sees a team overview, and a new test after a few weeks shows progress. Test conversations stay private.

A company sees how its team really works with AI. Each person takes the test on their own work, the company gets a team overview, and people then practice on tasks they do anyway. After a few weeks a new test shows who has moved on. The company never sees the full text of the test conversations.

### Team overview

The overview shows participation and the spread of levels by team: how many people are starting with AI, how many use it regularly and how many already build their own routines. For each team you see the most common level and a task to start with, for example repeated proposals in sales or replies to clients in customer care. Who sees what is on [Who sees what](/en/docs/teams/who-sees-what).

### Four steps of the program

1. **Team map.** People take the detailed AI skills test, and the company sees participation and the spread of levels by team.
2. **Practice.** Everyone gets AI Workouts on their own work and help right in the AI tool people already use at the company.
3. **Team overview.** The company sees which teams need help first and which tasks to start with.
4. **New test.** After a few weeks people take the test again, and the company compares the result with the starting map.

### How to start

The smallest start is the Team plan: you send a list of people, we set up the team and everyone gets an invitation. It starts at 2 people, is paid monthly with no annual commitment and comes on one invoice per company. Prices are in the [price list](/cenik) (in Czech).

For a bigger start there is a pilot for one team of up to 30 people. It begins with a 30-minute call where you choose the people. We need a list of people with emails and one contact person, and no IT integration. Each person spends about 5 minutes on the test in the AI tool (30–45 minutes in the app), then does 15-minute AI Workouts: roughly 1 to 2 hours per person in all. At the end the company has a starting map, a team overview and a new test side by side. Details are on the [Pilot](/pilot) page (in Czech).

### Evidence for Article 4 of the AI Act

Companies that use AI must take measures to support the AI literacy of their people (Article 4 of EU Regulation 2024/1689). You get a record of who took part and which level they started at and reached. The AI Act does not ask for a certificate or an exam.

### Tools and languages

People do not need the same AI tool. They take the test in the app or with a ready-made prompt in any tool, so even Microsoft Copilot is enough. An admin switches on the plugin or MCP, and with it coaching right in the tool. The app works in Czech, Slovak, English, Spanish, Greek, Dutch, French and Hungarian.

Results are meant for developing people. They should not be used for performance reviews or disciplinary action.

## Who sees what

https://aibility.org/en/docs/teams/who-sees-what

You always see your whole report. What a company sees depends on the program type and is written in the invitation before the test.

You always see your whole report and the history of your tests. What the company sees depends on the type of program, and you learn it from the invitation before the test starts. The invitation also says whether you are on the Team plan or in a company program. Nobody at the company sees the full text of your conversations with AI, your private coaching in your own tool or your results outside the program.

### What the company sees

| Program type | Who | What they see |
|---|---|---|
| Your own subscription | Nobody at the company | Nothing |
| Team | Team owner and team admins | Name, SP Score and level from the latest test the person took in the team, and they can open the report. Not tests the person took on their own before |
| Company program | Team manager | Participation and results of their team. Whether these are summaries or the level and score of individuals depends on the program |
| Company program | Program admin | Opens a report only if the program says so |

For a pilot this is agreed on the opening call: either summaries by team from five people up, or also the level and score of each person. People know it before the test.

### What nobody at the company ever sees

Nobody at the company sees the full text of your conversations with AI or your private coaching in your AI tool. They also do not see your personal context and private work, or results from the time outside the program, for example from your own subscription.

### Excerpts in the report

The report contains short excerpts from your answers. Anyone allowed to open the report sees them too. So do not put into the test anything that nobody else should see: passwords, contract numbers, personal data of colleagues or clients, and confidential documents. It is enough to describe how you work.

### What results are not for

Results are for development. They should not be used for performance reviews, promotions or pay, and they should not be used for disciplinary action.

### Where you learn the rules

In the invitation email, before the test starts. You can export or delete your data yourself in the app, in your profile under Data & privacy. For questions about the program, turn to the person who invited you. For anything else we help at [podpora@aibility.cz](mailto:podpora@aibility.cz).

Next: [For program admins](/en/docs/teams/admins), meaning what happens on the side of the person who runs the program.

## For program admins

https://aibility.org/en/docs/teams/admins

How to provide the list of people, add colleagues, send reminders, handle departures and languages, and what to do with team results.

The program admin provides the list of people, watches participation and decides what to do with the results. Aibility does most of the work for you: we send the invitations and reminders. Here is what we need from you and what happens when the team changes.

### List of people

For the Team plan, send a list of people with names and emails. We set up the team and everyone gets an invitation. For a company program we need a CSV table (UTF-8) with the columns email, full name, team and, optionally, language. You can send us Excel too, and we will convert it. Assigning people to teams is needed for the overview by team.

You can add and remove colleagues at any time. Send a name and an email, and if you like a team and a language, and the invitation goes out. You can include external partners and suppliers as well, an email address is enough.

### Invitations and reminders

We send the invitations and reminders. Reminders go only to people who have not finished the test. People who are done get no more nudges. You see participation as the first number in the team overview.

The invitation tells people what the company will see from the results. The rules that apply are on [Who sees what](/en/docs/teams/who-sees-what).

### Languages

The app supports eight languages. The organization sets the default language, but anyone can switch it with the globe icon in the app. With a bulk import you can also set the language for each person, so invitations reach people in their own language. The names of the levels AI Explorer, AI Operator, AI Builder and AI Transformer are not translated, so that they mean the same in Prague and in Madrid.

### Wrong email and departures

If someone took the test with a wrong or private email, write to us. We can move the results to the correct company account. When a person leaves the company, let us know and we remove them from the organization. The account and personal report belong to them: they can export or delete their data in their profile under Data & privacy.

### AI tools in the company

The test works with no installation: in the app or with a ready-made prompt. Coaching right in the AI tool needs the plugin or MCP, which an admin switches on in the company account. The steps are in the chapter [Connecting your AI tool](/en/docs/ai-tool), and the IT procedure is at [aibility.org/bezpecnost](/bezpecnost#it) (in Czech).

### Working with the results

A team where most people are just starting works well in one shared rhythm. A team where beginners work next to strong AI Builders needs two tracks: the basics for some, building routines for others. Stronger people make good internal guides who show colleagues what works for them. After a few weeks, run a new test and compare it with the starting map.

Next: write to [hi@aibility.org](mailto:hi@aibility.org) or book a [30-minute call](/firmy#poptavka) (in Czech).

# FAQ

## FAQ

https://aibility.org/en/docs/faq

Answers about the test, your result, price, sign-in, data and languages in one place.

Here are answers to what people ask most often. Is your answer missing? Write to [podpora@aibility.cz](mailto:podpora@aibility.cz).

### Basics

### Is this a test of what I know about AI?

No. We do not ask about terms, and there is no wrong answer. We look at how you use AI on concrete work: how you brief a task, what material you give it and what you reuse.

### I barely use AI. Does this make sense for me?

Yes. The test measures how you work now, not what you know. AI Explorer is a starting point, and the recommendations you get fit where you are.

### Is this another course?

No. You do not sit through videos. You work on your own tasks and get help in the AI tool where you do them.

### How much time will it take?

The short test takes about 2 minutes. The detailed test takes about 5 minutes in your AI tool, or 30–45 minutes in a chat with the AI guide in the app, which you can pause. One AI Workout takes about 15 minutes.

### What if my level is lower than I expected?

A level is not a grade, and an AI Operator is not a worse professional than an AI Builder. The report shows why you got this level and what would have to appear in your work for the next one. You can take a new test after some time.

### Who decides the result?

AI, according to the rules of the Aibility methodology, which are described in this documentation. Under GDPR you can ask for a person to review it. Just write to podpora@aibility.cz.

### Price and subscription

### What is free and what is in the subscription?

The short AI skills test is free. The detailed test with a report and certificate, AI Workouts, coaching in your AI tool and a new test are part of the Superpowered Professional subscription. If your company invited you to the test, you pay nothing.

### How much does the subscription cost?

The Individual plan is 690 CZK a month including VAT (an early bird price instead of 990 CZK), with no commitment. The Team plan is 790 CZK per person a month excluding VAT. Current prices are on the [price list](/cenik) (in Czech), and we announce a price change in advance.

### Do I pay for coaching separately?

No. Coaching is part of the subscription. There is no human coach in it, though: you get help in your own AI tool and from AI Workouts.

### Do I need paid ChatGPT, Claude or another AI tool?

Not for the short test, the detailed test in the app or AI Workouts in the app. For coaching right in your tool you need a version that supports plugins or connections through MCP. Coaching then uses your tool's limits. A subscription to an AI tool is not included in the price.

### How do I cancel the subscription?

In your account, and you do not need to write to support. The next renewal stops and your access stays until the end of the paid period. Your report stays available to you.

### I only want the certificate. What do I do?

One month of the Individual plan is enough. You take the detailed test, download the certificate and cancel the subscription in your account.

### Can I get an invoice for my company?

Yes. At payment, choose to buy as a company and enter its name and VAT ID. The invoice is issued to the company.

### Test and result

### Can I pause the test?

In the chat with the AI guide in the app you can, and after you sign in you continue where you stopped. The test in your AI tool takes about 5 minutes, and the report is saved only after your “Yes”.

### Can I repeat the test?

Yes, any time, even every week, through the plugin or a ready-made prompt. It runs under the same rules, so you can compare scores. Your older reports stay.

### What should I not write in the test?

Passwords, contract numbers, personal data of colleagues or clients, and confidential documents. It is enough to describe how you work, for example “every month I put a report together from three spreadsheets”.

### Why do I have the same level as a colleague but a different SP Score?

The level says what stage you are at, and the SP Score shows exactly where you stand inside it. One AI Builder is just setting up a first assistant, while for another the routines have been running for weeks.

### My score is lower than before. Did I get worse?

Not necessarily. The new version of the methodology separates frequent use of AI from a repeatable change in how you work more precisely, so the score can come out more sober. Treat it as a new baseline. More is on [What's new](/en/docs/whats-new).

### I went through coaching and my level did not go up. Why?

Coaching does not change the result. Your level and score change only with a new test, because the report shows what was visible at the time of the test.

### How long is the certificate valid?

It confirms your level on the date of the test. If you move up a level at a new test, the certificate confirms it.

### Will anyone else see my result?

If you take the test on your own, no, not until you share it. In a company program, the rules you know in advance from the invitation apply. Who sees what is on [Who sees what](/en/docs/teams/who-sees-what).

### Signing in

### How do I sign in?

With a link from an email, and you need no password. The link is valid for 15 minutes.

### The email with the link did not arrive. What now?

Wait a few minutes and check your spam or promotions folder. Check that you did not mistype your email. If nothing has come, write to podpora@aibility.cz.

### What if the link expired or shows an error?

Open sp.aimee.coach/login and have a new one sent.

### Do I have to install anything?

No. The app runs in the browser. You only need to install something if you want coaching right in your AI tool.

### Data and privacy

### What happens to my data?

We store it in the EU, in Frankfurt, and language models are contractually bound not to train on it. Only the test result you approve is sent to us. Chats from your AI tool, files and code are not. The details are in the chapter [Security and data](/en/docs/ai-tool/security).

### How do I export or delete my data?

Yourself, in the app, in your profile under Data & privacy.

### Will my employer see my results?

If you get Superpowered Professional for yourself, no. In a company program you learn in advance what the company will see. Nobody at the company sees the full text of your conversations.

### Languages

### Which languages does the app work in?

Eight: Czech, Slovak, English, Spanish, Greek, Dutch, French and Hungarian. You switch the language with the globe icon in the app.

### Why are the names AI Explorer, AI Operator, AI Builder and AI Transformer not translated?

They are fixed names of the methodology's levels, much like the names of certifications. That way “AI Builder” means the same in Prague and in Madrid. Everything else is translated.

### Contact

### Where do I turn?

For your account, subscription and test, write to podpora@aibility.cz. Include the email you sign in with, when the problem happened and, ideally, a screenshot. For teams and companies, hi@aibility.org helps, and we reply within 24 hours on business days.

### Who is behind Superpowered Professional?

Aibility, s. r. o., company ID (IČO) 10684395, Drobného 555/49, Brno, Czech Republic. We are part of the Seyfor group.

# What's new

## What's new

https://aibility.org/en/docs/whats-new

A dated list of changes to the methodology, the product and the documentation, newest first.

Changes are listed newest first. Each one has a date and what it changes for you.

### 21 October 2026: AI Workouts, coaching and agents for your level

The app offers you AI Workouts from your level plus at most one from one level up. It takes your level from your latest in-depth test; without a test you start at Explorer (L0). What you have tried does not come back, and once you finish your level, the AI Workouts on offer, coaching and agents move one level up. Coaching still takes the topic from your work, and your level sets the size of the step. Cards have a level tag and the AI library in the app has the groups For your level, One step up and Other levels. More on the page [AI Workouts](/en/docs/coaching/ai-workouts).

### 16 October 2026: 15 new AI Workouts from Aibility's own practice

The AI library now has 36 AI Workouts. Fifteen new ones come from how we work with AI at Aibility:

- **Context:** a PACT workspace, a project worklog, one file with rules for AI, an idea written up on one page, and passing on unfinished work to a colleague or a new chat.
- **Writing:** your tone of voice saved in a file, an anti-slop pass so your text doesn't sound like AI, and a link to a web page instead of an attachment.
- **Workflow:** moving data between apps, Browser control and Computer control, a long task AI finishes on its own, and a weekly review of your AI setup.
- **Tools:** connecting AI to your e-mail and other apps, and saving tokens so your AI limit lasts the whole week.

We removed the workouts the new ones replaced, and their links lead to the replacement. See the [AI Workouts](/en/docs/coaching/ai-workouts) page and the [AI library](/knihovna) (in Czech).

### 16 October 2026: Documentation moved to aibility.org/en/docs

The Superpowered Professional documentation is now part of the aibility.org website, with new content and a new look. The texts were written again and use the same words as the website: short and detailed AI skills test, AI Workouts, coaching in your AI tool, and connecting to ChatGPT, Claude, Codex or Cursor.

### 7 October 2026: AI Workouts overview made public

The overview of AI Workouts is public in the AI library on aibility.org, including a text version for AI tools. The explanation is on [AI Workouts](/en/docs/coaching/ai-workouts).

### 22 May 2026: Third version of the methodology

The methodology became more precise, to better capture how people work with AI today. It cares more about how you brief AI, how you refine and check outputs, what you save and whether your work changes as a result than about which tool you use.

The result is no longer just a score. It rests on four layers: level, profile, next step and SP Score™. The score is a baseline that helps you follow progress over time, but on its own it does not say enough.

The methodology follows more closely what a person really does: concrete outputs, repeated routines, saved prompts and templates, assistants, refining and checking. It also separates more precisely using AI from changing your work. A one-off answer helps with a task, a good prompt helps again, a template or assistant helps repeatedly, and a changed way of working changes a whole area of your job. Advanced work with AI is not only for managers either: a specialist without a team can be very advanced if AI changed their key work.

Recommendations show one concrete next step in real work, for example: “Take five emails that went well, have AI find the rules of your style, and use them to build a first version of an assistant that drafts the next ones for you.”

If your score moved after the change, treat it as a new baseline under a more precise methodology. The old and new result may not match one to one. A lower number does not mean you got worse: often the new version just separates frequent work with AI from a repeatable change in how you work. An old report is never overwritten.
